Shipping Policy

I ship throughout the UK and offer different postage options depending on size, weight and value of the piece.  I am also able to quote for shipping to Europe and the USA. So please contact me to discuss this if this option is not shown on the shopping page.

 

Delivery is usually by Royal Mail First Class Post and will be delivered within 2 to 3 days of order. Although I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible please be aware that there are sometimes delays at this present time with postage.

 

I am also happy for items to be collected from my studio in Glasgow. Please call to arrange a convenient time should you wish to use this option.

 

All items are packaged as securely as possible to avoid breakages during delivery. However very rarely items may be damaged during delivery. Should your item(s) be damaged when they arrive I need to be contacted immediately and I will ask for photographs of the damaged item(s) prior to sending a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

I have taken a great deal of care to make sure the items are described as accurately as possible and that the photos are shown clearly. As all the items on the site are handmade by myself, I cannot be liable for any disparity in the nature or character of any of the pieces. All sizes quoted are approximate measurements. Images are not to scale so please contact me if you need further information, other than the descriptions detailed with each piece.

 

However, as added reassurance I offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy for all items except for commissioned pieces or sale pieces. Please contact me to arrange this prior to return should you be dissatisfied in any way. 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including Commissioned Pieces, Sale Items, Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Commissioned Pieces

 

Commissioned pieces are not applicable to a refund.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Should your item(s) be damaged when they arrive I need to be contacted immediately and I will ask for photographs of the damaged item(s.)  

 

You will then be issued with a returns number prior to having a replacement despatched.

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
